Terms and Conditions

Last updated: September 29, 2025

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website writingsservices.net and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) Definitions

“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our” — the operator of writingsservices.net.
“User,” “you,” “your” — any person or entity accessing or using the Services.
“Order” — a request you place for study materials, samples, editing, or related Services.
“Work” — any deliverable produced under an Order (e.g., sample text, outline, template, editing notes).

2) Service Nature & Acceptable Use

Study-aid only. The Work is provided solely for research, reference, and learning support. You must not submit any Work as your own original assignment, nor use it to violate academic integrity rules. You are responsible for compliance with your institution’s policies, honor codes, and applicable laws.

Prohibited uses include: plagiarism, academic misconduct, automated mass downloading, reverse engineering, scraping, or any illegal or harmful activity.

3) Eligibility

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms, or you have parental/guardian consent.

4) Account & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations or security risks.

5) Ordering Process

5.1 Scope & brief. You must provide accurate instructions (topic, length, academic level, formatting, sources, deadline, etc.). We rely on your brief to determine price and feasibility.
5.2 Feasibility check. We may decline or cancel an Order if it violates these Terms, appears infeasible, or raises compliance concerns (with a refund where applicable).
5.3 Communication. Timely responses to clarification requests are required; delays may affect delivery.

6) Pricing, Payments & Taxes

6.1 Pricing. Prices depend on scope, urgency, complexity, and service type. Taxes or payment processor fees may apply where required.
6.2 Payments. Orders are typically prepaid. You authorize us or our payment partners to charge your selected payment method.
6.3 Currency & conversion. Charges are processed in the displayed currency; your bank may apply conversion fees.
6.4 Chargebacks. Initiating an unwarranted chargeback may lead to account suspension and debt collection measures consistent with law.

7) Delivery

7.1 Standard delivery. We aim to deliver by the agreed deadline via your account or email.
7.2 Delays. Delays may occur due to late instructions, scope changes, force majeure, or technical issues. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you and mitigate impact.
7.3 Format. Work is delivered in commonly used file formats unless otherwise agreed.

8) Revisions

8.1 Revision window. You may request free revisions that are consistent with the original brief within a specified period after delivery (e.g., 7 days for short tasks; 14 days for longer tasks).
8.2 Out-of-scope changes. New instructions or major scope changes may require a paid add-on or new Order.
8.3 Quality alignment. Revisions focus on meeting the agreed brief, clarity, structure, and formatting—not on grades or outcomes.

9) Refunds & Dispute Resolution

9.1 When refunds may apply. Eligible cases can include non-delivery, duplicate payment, or documented failure to meet essential, agreed requirements despite revision attempts.
9.2 Process. Submit a request with Order ID, deadline, and evidence. We may offer remedies such as revisions, partial credit, or a proportional refund based on delivery stage and verified issues.
9.3 Exclusions. Refunds are not provided for:

  • dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after the brief is met,

  • missed deadlines caused by late user responses or scope changes,

  • outcomes beyond our control (e.g., grades, institutional decisions),

  • completed services that match the brief and were accepted/downloaded without timely dispute.
9.4 Final determination. Decisions are made in good faith following an internal review.

10) Originality, References & Plagiarism Screening

10.1 Originality. Work is created for your brief and screened for similarity. Quoted or paraphrased material, if any, is provided for illustration and should be reviewed and cited appropriately by you.
10.2 Your responsibility. You must verify and adapt any Work before use, add citations where required, and ensure compliance with your institution’s rules.

11) Intellectual Property

11.1 Company IP. The website, branding, templates, and editorial content are our intellectual property or used under license.
11.2 License to you. Upon full payment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Work for personal study and reference only. Commercial redistribution or public posting is prohibited without prior written consent.
11.3 User content. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process instructions/materials you upload strictly for fulfilling your Order, subject to Section 12 (Privacy).

12) Privacy & Confidentiality

We process personal data to provide and improve the Services, communicate with you, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. You are responsible for not sharing sensitive personal data or confidential third-party information unless strictly necessary for the Order. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

13) Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Payment processors and certain operational providers act as independent controllers or processors of data as applicable. Their terms and privacy practices apply in addition to these Terms.

14) Warranties & Disclaimers

14.1 No outcome guarantees. We do not guarantee grades, admission decisions, publication, or any academic outcome.
14.2 “As is.” Except as expressly stated, the Services and Work are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express, implied, statutory), including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

15) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages; lost profits; loss of data; reputation harm; or academic/disciplinary actions arising from or related to your use of the Services or Work. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Order giving rise to the claim.

16) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its personnel from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services or Work in violation of these Terms or academic policies; (b) your content or materials; or (c) your breach of applicable law.

17) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, fraud risk, chargebacks, or legal compliance reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections intended to survive (e.g., IP, privacy, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

18) Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

(If you prefer arbitration or a different forum, replace this clause with your chosen mechanism.)

20) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, labor disputes, government actions, internet outages, platform failures).

21) Severability & Waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.

22) Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with incorporated policies (e.g., Privacy Policy, Editorial Policy, Refund/Revision rules), constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede prior communications.

23) Contact

For questions about these Terms or your Order, contact us via the details on the Contact page. Please include your name, Order ID (if applicable), and a concise description of your inquiry.
